My parents bought their south loop apartment back in the middle of 2020. Even though the apartment was not in bad shape, they did want to renovate it and have it all done brand new. I spoke with ***** and I immediately felt that he and his company were perfect for the job. We spoke about what I wanted done and the timeline. He displayed great attention to detail and was very thorough explaining how the process would work and set the right expectations. The building management was extremely difficult to work with at times and required constant and clear communication throughout the entire process, but ***** was very prepared and always overcame all the challenges presented by the building staff. The final product looks amazing and we are extremely happy with all the results. We got what we wanted and are very happy to have worked with ***** General Contractors on this rehab.
