O&L did an amazing job on my bathroom. I contacted ***** after 3 years to complete a bathroom project for me. ***** and his crew listened to my vision for the bathroom and delivered. They paid attention to every detail and made sure that I was happy with their work at each step of the project. When we ran into unforeseen issues, his crew was able to figure it out and get it done. I am very pleased with the outcome and look forward to working with O&L General Contractors on future projects.

Outstanding service!! O&L is very professional in all phases of their work ethic. From the initial interview, through all the logistical steps needed to complete the job, in a timely manner. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with their workmanship, and are looking forward to hiring them again for future projects on my home. O&L, in my opinion deserves an A+++ rating.

My parents bought their south loop apartment back in the middle of 2020. Even though the apartment was not in bad shape, they did want to renovate it and have it all done brand new. After searching for a long time and interviewing many general contractors, I came across ***** General Contractors. I spoke with ***** and I immediately felt that he and his company were perfect for the job. We spoke about what I wanted done and the timeline. He displayed great attention to detail and was very thorough explaining how the process would work and set the right expectations. The building management was extremely difficult to work with at times and required constant and clear communication throughout the entire process, but ***** was very prepared and always overcame all the challenges presented by the building staff. The final product looks amazing and we are extremely happy with all the results. We got what we wanted and are very happy to have worked with ***** General Contractors on this rehab. ***** from O&L General Contractors *** is a real PRO! Him and his crew came out and took care of our new deck build. ***** came out and gave us some pointers on what we could do. His recommendations are priceless, because it sets us up to do additional work/build down the road. The materials he used were of great quality and he put some very nice details in his work. You can tell that ***** takes pride in his work. The craftmanship shows in his finish project. He was very honest and we had a great open line of communication from start to finish of the job. He was very pleasant to work with. Upon completion of the Deck, he and his crew cleaned-up and just left us a finish product that will be able to enjoy for years to come. Can't wait for spring to begin so we can start using our new deck every day. Great all-around job! Will be hiring ***** and his crew for future contracting needs. Honest, reasonable, reliable, and quality work! What more could you ask for? They did an excellent job with our concrete work and privacy gate. You tell ***** what you want and he will make it happen. He makes his presence known from start to finish of each job. He was in constant communication, telling us what was going to happen and when. His completion dates were spot on! He followed up on all the work and made sure we were satisfied, and HE was satisfied with the work! We need some more work done on the house now, O&L is the ONLY one we call!

**Long Post Alert**I would like to start off by saying that I don't usually write reviews, however this is needed. It is not very many like ******* .he is just Amazing... you will not be disappointed in his work. ***** came in and finished up a job that another company couldn't finish. I didn't know it at the time, but this worked out in my favor because I met the most amazing man *****. ***** worked within my budget and the quality of work can't be compared to any. ***** made recommendations that I needed to bring my building up to code; when the work should have been completed when the building was rehab. ************ put up siding, frame work, did electrical work AND even installed lights on the building and installed an outlet outside that was a last minute addition to the work he was already doing.... I said that to say, he very flexible and will work with you to make sure you are happy.I will never call anyone other than ***** for any needs that I may have at my property.... and if he is working on any other projects at that time, I will wait patiently until he can fit me in. I totally trust *****'s work... his crew was on time everyday, showed up to work... polite.... and they kept me informed on what they where doing and answered any questions I had. I will close this post by saying that not only did I find the best contractor, I found a friend that is a contractor in *****!Call him you will not be disappointed! #thebestcontractor*****

We are very pleased with the work ***** and his team performed on our roof. The peace of mind and overall satisfaction after a job well done certainly is worth noting. Hi everyone, soy ****. Hace poco tiempo necesitbamos reparaciones del techo en nuestro hogar y ***** con su equipo hicieron un trabajo muy bien hecho y razonable. Dzien dobry, mam na imie ****. Nie dawno temu pan ***** wraz ze swoimi pomocnikami nam pomogli przyprowadzic do porzadku nasz dach. Jestesmy ogolnie zachwyceni wynikiem ich pracy i ich polecamy. Wow, wow, wow. ***** helped my *********** establish a new kitchen and utility room to comply with liquor license and food license codes. This was an amazing experience with ***** and his contractors. I had one of the worst experiences over the past 6 years in trying to find a general contractor just willing to do the work for me, let alone at the price, and legally. This last time around I went through 12. He was the 13th. I called and he was here within 2 hours. He wanted to be the first to offer a quote. He looked at the place and had his plumber and electrician to see it within days. He even connected me with an architect as I was not having a productive experience with the architect I was using. Together they worked seamlessly to complete the plans. He met a budget that others were trying to charge 3 times as much for. ******** took care of the property like it was their own. ***** also has a great eye for interior decorating, making suggestions that would cosmetically look better that one would not initially think of. He was preemptive in installing some items he knew I would need (and I did!). He was patient with me as I made my own adjustments and was adamant on doing everything legally and under the proper codes (This was a WELCOME feeling to many previous contractors I had that were suggesting dubious work arounds. One contractor, when approached by the city inspector regarding the permits he told me he had, literally got in his car, left his tools, and took off.). I immediately put him to work on my residential property to replace the roof and redo the walls. I highly recommend this crew.

O&L replaced the studs, insulation, drywall, baseboards, trim, and painted all the walls and ceiling of our basement after repeated flooding, and they did a much better job than the original contractors, so that basement looks much better than before the flooding. They also did a very nice job extending out the doorframe of the closet to accommodate the larger utility room space that was necessary for new equipment.
